The growing company service is intended for companies that want to grow or become more efficient. Business growth can happen in a number of ways, but the fundamental principle is always the company’s own desire and ability to seek growth.
The central tool of the growing company service is the Growing Company Programme, which Prizztech Oy instituted together with trade organisations in Satakunta. It is a systematic way to perform development work with companies that are ready for long-term cooperation.
The Growing Company Programme takes a company first through a basic analysis, in which the company’s short-term and long-term needs for development are analysed. The analysis is based on business process tools developed by Prizztech Oy. The analysis is performed together with the company. A development programme is drawn up based on this analysis, with individual development procedures arranged in order of priority and timetabled.
The business is responsible for targeting the steps it takes towards growth and organising funding. It is the responsibility of Prizztech Oy’s contact personnel to negotiate the outside expertise required for growth for use by the business. Prizztech Oy has a wide network of expertise available. In organising external funding, businesses can use funding sources offered by official services, such as those offered by the TE centre, Finnvera and Tekes.
The Growing Company Programme service model has been delivered outside Satakunta as well. Indicators of this include the national Centre of Expertise programme and regional centre programme, aimed at regional development. The Growing Company Programme has also been exported to Germany and Austria via the international Chance project, implemented by Prizztech Oy.
Thus far, the Growing Company Programme has identified 60 growing companies, with which discussions have been conducted concerning their willingness to participate in systematic cooperation. Of these, cooperation agreements have been drawn up or are being drawn up with 30 companies.
