Growth Assessments Identify the Needs and Opportunities of Companies in the Pori Region
Prizztech, the Satakunta Employment Area and the City of Pori are working together to conduct growth assessment meetings. During the initial pilot phase, the focus is on meeting with SMEs in the Pori region to discuss their growth prospects, goals and potential barriers to growth.
The aim of these meetings is to hear directly from companies about their development needs, investment plans and challenges in finding skilled employees, and to explore how we can work together to find solutions. These discussions help us better target business services and projects aimed at developing the regional business environment, while ensuring that companies have access to the right tools and support for growth at the right time.
A growth assessment is a free and confidential discussion between a company representative and experts from regional development organisations. Based on the discussion, the company can receive support, where needed, with:
- finding networks and potential partners
- preparing new business and development projects
- addressing skills needs and identifying suitable training pathways
- exploring funding and investment opportunities
