Development Plans for Satakunta s Green Transition Industrial Areas

The aim of the Development Plans for Satakunta’s Green Transition Industrial Areas project is to promote the green transition and related investments in Satakunta. The project maps and identifies the current development status of Satakunta’s key green transition industrial areas, the municipalities’ ambitions regarding these areas, and their potential for green transition investments. Development plans will be prepared for the most promising sites. The project results will be compiled into an attractiveness report presenting the overall landscape of Satakunta’s green transition industrial areas.

The project implementation period is from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2028, and the project is co-funded by the European Union.
