Balanced Proteins and Food Experiences - Plant-Based Innovation in Denmark & Food Festival 2026

For the next Coffee with KISMET, we invite you to join an inspiring online session on plant-based innovation, food experiences, and sustainable protein solutions in Denmark.

During the event, Gyda Bay and Mikkel Overgaard from the Food Organisation of Denmark will present the topic “Balanced Proteins and Food Experiences - Plant-Based Innovation in Denmark & Food Festival 2026”. The speakers will share insights into Denmark’s approach to food innovation, sustainable protein development, and engaging food experiences that support the transition towards healthier and more sustainable food environments.

This event is organised within the framework of the Interreg Baltic Sea Region project KISMET, co-funded by the European Union. The project promotes knowledge exchange and cooperation for more sustainable and resilient food environments across the Baltic Sea Region.
